Editorial policy

Reporting, evidence and interpretation

News reports what happened and links to its sources. Analysis explains and evaluates; interviews attribute statements to the speaker; explainers provide context; opinion presents a viewpoint. These labels are separate from topic categories.

Factual non-opinion articles must identify sources. Prefer primary records, direct statements and original research; check dates, quotations and context. Opinion is not exempt from fact-checking. Distinguish observable sky events and research findings from astrological interpretation, personal experience and spiritual traditions. Attribute interpretation rather than presenting it as an established scientific result.

Human responsibility

Every publication requires a named author and an explicit, completed human review covering its latest revision, sources, image rights and disclosures. A technical validation is not a human review. Drafts, future-dated items and unreviewed articles are excluded from publication.

AI, conflicts and commercial relationships

Each article declares whether AI assisted its preparation, any relevant conflicts and whether it is sponsored or paid. AI-assisted work still requires human verification. AI is not a source or an author. Paid content is visibly identified at the top of an article and in its disclosures. A feed label does not imply platform approval.

Dates, rights and corrections

We show the original publication date and time in UTC. Substantive modifications require an explanation and a modification timestamp; dates must not be refreshed solely to suggest newness. Images require an accessible URL, meaningful alt text, a credit, a licence and a licence URL. Republishing requires permission or appropriate rights.

Errors are handled through the corrections process. Material corrections are recorded on the affected article. For editorial queries or concerns, email contact@gissecrets.com.
