We want every reading to land. If it doesn’t, you shouldn’t pay for it.
If the reading didn’t land for you
Reply to your reading email within 14 days of delivery and tell us it didn’t land. We refund the full amount to your original payment method. No forms and no arguing.
If we can’t deliver
If we can’t deliver your reading within 7 days of your order, you get a full refund automatically, or earlier if you ask.
Before we start writing
You can cancel any time before your reading is delivered and get a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through Stripe to the card or wallet you paid with. Stripe usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Readings are personalised digital content written after you order. Where your local law gives you a right to cancel, you agree that writing starts once you pay, so the right to cancel ends when the reading is delivered. This refund policy is more generous than that in practice, and it never limits rights you have under consumer law.
